-Strawberry Rhubarb Squishmallow – 6.8% Pastry sour brewed w/ lactose & flavored marshmallows from Geeky Goodies Bakery and Confections and finished with strawberry and rhubarb puree and vanilla bean.

– I Want To Be Free – 5.8% Cold IPA with MI Copper, Mosaic, and Nectaron hops. Fermented cold with a kolsch yeast. In collaboration with singer-songwriter, Robert Rolfe Feddersen

-Lupulus Tart: Nectaron – 4% Dry hopped sour ale brewed and dry with a different rotating hop.

– Lager of the Wood: Pax Verum – 5% Czech-style pilsner brewed and dry hopped with Zuper Saazer hops from Hop Head Farms. Fermented in an oak foeder. In collaboration with Pax Verum Brewing

– Oh Scheisse – 5.5% Marzen-style Oktoberfest Lager.

– Fever Dream – 6.8% Red IPA with Honey. Brewed in collaboration with Joe Marcinek
